التعويض

توافق على تعويض إيزي ماركت، مدرائها، موظفيها، ووكلائها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبات، خسائر، أو أضرار تنشأ عن استخدامك لخدماتنا أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.

الإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى خدماتنا في أي وقت، دون إشعار مسبق، إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط أو لأي سبب آخر وفقًا لتقديرنا. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام خدماتنا في أي وقت عن طريق إلغاء تثبيت تطبيقاتنا أو التوقف عن الوصول إلى مواقعنا.

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية ، وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (رقم 151 لسنة 2020). أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط ستخضع للاختصاص الحصري لمحاكم القاهرة ، جمهورية مصر العربية.
